Your phones and your internet — one local team.
Most businesses on the coast have one supplier for the phones and another for the internet, each pointing at the other when something breaks. We do both, set it up properly, and answer when you call.

You shouldn’t need two suppliers to answer one phone call.
The phone system is with one mob and the internet with another. When it goes down, you’re the one running the investigation.
Two suppliers, no owner
- Phones drop out — the phone provider blames the internet provider
- Internet provider says the line tests fine, log it with someone else
- Two invoices, two support portals, two sets of passwords you can’t find
- Meanwhile the shop phone is ringing out and you’re losing jobs
One team, one number
- We built it, so we already know how your setup is wired
- One call and we start fixing instead of investigating
- We own the fixed wireless network, so there’s no third party to wait on
- One invoice, one account, one point of contact
- We’re local — if it needs a person on site, a person turns up
Two things, done properly.
Take one or take both. Most of our business customers start with the one that’s hurting and add the other later.
Business phones
A hosted phone system that follows your team instead of chaining them to a desk. Keep the number you’ve always had.
- Hosted PBX — no box in the cupboard to maintain
- Desk handsets, or the app on a mobile, or both
- Ring groups, after‑hours messages, voicemail to email
- Number porting — keep your existing business number
Business internet
Our own fixed wireless network in and around Wynyard, or nbn for business anywhere in Australia. Static IP available.
- Fixed wireless — independent of the nbn entirely
- nbn for business, FTTP and FTTN, Australia‑wide
- Static IP for EFTPOS, cameras and remote access
- Business‑grade support from people who know your site
Answer the business number from anywhere.
Hosted PBX means the phone system lives in the cloud, not in a dusty box in your storeroom. Calls ring where you want them: the front counter, the ute, or both at once.
It also means adding a handset takes a phone call instead of a technician and a quote. And if the power goes out at the shop, calls can still divert to a mobile so you don’t miss the work.
When the connection is what pays the bills.
A home connection going down is annoying. A business connection going down stops EFTPOS, stops bookings, stops the phones. We treat the two very differently.
Because we own our fixed wireless network end to end, we’re not lodging a ticket and waiting — we can see the link, and we can get a person to your door. For sites we can’t reach by wireless, we’ll set you up on nbn for business and support that the same way.
Built for how business works on the coast.
Small teams, tight margins, and no IT department. That’s who we’re set up for.
Trades & contractors
One number that reaches you on site. Nobody misses a job because the office phone rang out.
Cafés, retail & hospitality
EFTPOS and bookings that stay up on a Saturday, and a static IP when your gear needs one.
Farms & rural business
Connections that reach past where the fibre stops, from someone who understands the distances.
Clinics & professional offices
Reliable phones, sensible call handling, and a connection that holds up through a full day of appointments.
No surprises, no mystery invoices.
We look at what you’ve got
A short conversation, and a site visit if it’s warranted. We want to see the actual setup, not a description of it.
You get it in writing
A written proposal with what we’d change, what it costs to set up, and what it costs each month. Nothing buried.
We do the changeover
Scheduled around your trading hours, with number porting handled so the phones never stop ringing.
We stay on the end of it
One number, one team, and people who already know how your site is wired. That’s the whole point.
Ask around.
[EDIT] A business quote is the single highest‑value thing you can add to this page. Ideally one that mentions downtime, response time, or moving away from a big provider.
[EDIT] A second one covering a different service — phones if the first is internet, or the other way round.
Straight answers.
Can I keep my existing business phone number?
Yes. We port it across to our system, so your customers keep dialling the number they’ve always dialled. We schedule the port so there’s no gap where calls could be missed.
Do I have to take both phones and internet?
Not at all. Plenty of customers start with just the phones or just the internet. The advantage of bundling them shows up later, when something breaks and there’s only one person to ring.
What if my business is outside your fixed wireless coverage?
Then we put you on nbn for business — we’re a licensed carrier and can supply that anywhere in Australia. You still get the same local support and the same single invoice.
How much does a phone system cost?
It depends on how many handsets and users you need, so we quote it rather than publishing a number that would be wrong for most people. Tell us how many people answer the phone and we’ll come back with a figure. [EDIT — if you’d rather publish a from‑price, this is the place for it.]
Do you charge for a quote or a site visit?
No. The initial conversation, the site visit and the written proposal are free. You’ll know exactly what it costs before you commit to anything.
Is there a lock‑in contract on business services?
[EDIT — confirm your business terms here.] Our residential services are all month‑to‑month; business terms depend on the hardware involved, and we’ll spell it out in the proposal.
Tell us what’s not working.
Phones, internet, or both. Send through what you’re running now and what’s frustrating you, and we’ll come back with a written proposal — no cost, no pressure.
