Big‑network coverage. From $45 a month.
Our SIM plans run on the Telstra Wholesale network, so you get the coverage that actually matters in Tasmania — without the bill that usually comes with it. Unlimited calls and SMS on every plan, and nothing to pay to connect.
Which plan suits you?
Tell us roughly how much data you burn through in a month — check your current bill if you’re not sure. We’ll tell you which plan to take and how much you’d save.

Same bars. Smaller bill.
You’re not trading coverage for price here — you’re just not paying for a national advertising budget.
The network that works here
Runs on the Telstra Wholesale network — the coverage that actually holds up out past town and down the coast.
Your data doesn’t vanish
Whatever you don’t use rolls into a data bank instead of evaporating at the end of the month. Up to 1000GB.
No lock‑in, no handset debt
Month‑to‑month, $0 to connect, and nothing tying you to a two‑year phone repayment you’ve forgotten about.
Someone local to ring
If something’s wrong with the SIM you email us in Wynyard, not a chatbot that wants your account number three times.
Four plans. Unlimited calls and SMS on all of them.
Every plan includes unlimited standard national calls and SMS, photo MMS, a data bank, and $0 to connect.

Your leftover data doesn’t disappear.
Most plans quietly wipe whatever you didn’t use at the end of the month. Ours doesn’t. Unused data rolls into a data bank you can draw on later — up to 1000GB on every plan.
Which matters more than it sounds. It means a quiet month covers you for a busy one — a holiday, a stretch of hotspotting when the internet’s down, or the month the kids are home. You stop rationing data you’ve already paid for.
Illustration only, based on the 5G Medium plan. Your bank builds and draws down according to your own usage.
Put the mobiles on the same account as the internet.
Most of our mobile customers came to us for internet first. Adding SIMs means one invoice, one account, and one place to sort it out when something’s not right.
It also gives you a fallback — if the internet goes down, hotspot off a phone that’s carrying a data bank instead of scrambling for a top‑up.
One invoice
Internet and every SIM in the house on a single monthly bill, from one account.
One place to ask
Same email, same people, whether it’s the phone or the connection at home.
A real backup
A banked‑up SIM is the cheapest outage insurance you’ll ever buy.
Keep the number you’ve always had.
Porting is routine and it’s free. You don’t need to warn anyone or change your details.
Pick a plan and tell us your number
We’ll need your current number and a couple of account details from your existing provider so the port can be authorised.
We send the SIM
It arrives in the post. Don’t put it in until we tell you to — your old service keeps working right up until the changeover.
Swap the SIM
The port usually completes within a couple of hours. Your old plan cancels automatically — you don’t need to ring them.
Straight answers.
Will I get the same coverage as Telstra?
Our plans run on the Telstra Wholesale network, which covers the overwhelming majority of where people actually live and travel in Tasmania. Wholesale coverage isn’t identical to Telstra’s own retail footprint in every last corner of the state, so if you spend time somewhere marginal, tell us where and we’ll check it honestly before you switch. [EDIT — confirm the exact wording you’re comfortable with here; it’s worth getting right.]
Do I need a new phone for 5G?
You need a 5G‑capable handset to get 5G speeds, but a 5G plan still works perfectly on a 4G phone — it’ll just run at 4G. If you’re not sure what your phone supports, tell us the model and we’ll check.
What happens if I run out of data?
You draw down from your data bank first. If that’s empty too, get in touch — we’d rather sort it out with you than sting you. [EDIT — set out your excess data or speed‑capping policy here.]
How does the billing date work?
Charges reset on the 28th of each month, so that’s when your monthly data allowance refreshes. If you join partway through a cycle we’ll explain how the first bill works before you commit.
Are calls and texts really unlimited?
Standard national calls and SMS, yes, along with photo MMS. Video MMS is charged at 50c per message. International calls and roaming are separate — ask us if you need them.
Can I get more than one SIM on an account?
Yes — plenty of families run three or four on the one account and one invoice. Each SIM has its own plan and its own data bank.
Can I use it for my business?
Absolutely, and if you’ve got a few handsets it’s worth talking to us about the whole setup rather than just SIMs — see Business Solutions.
Is there a contract?
No. Month‑to‑month, $0 to connect, and you can leave whenever you like. We’d rather keep you because the service is good than because you’re stuck.
Tell us what you’re paying now.
Send through your current provider, what you pay, and how much data you get. We’ll tell you which of our plans matches it and what the difference works out to over a year — even if the answer is that you’re already on a good deal.

Mobile services operate on the Telstra Wholesale network; wholesale coverage may differ from Telstra’s retail coverage in some areas. Unlimited calls and SMS applies to standard national calls and SMS, and photo MMS; video MMS is charged at 50c per message. International calls, international roaming and premium services are charged separately. 5G speeds require a 5G‑capable handset in a 5G coverage area. Data bank accrues unused monthly data up to the stated maximum and is forfeited if the service is cancelled. Charges reset on the 28th of each month.
