The fastest way to reach us

Email

Everything lands in the same inbox and gets picked up by the person best placed to answer it. If you’d rather not use a form, write to us directly — it’s the same result.

The phone works too, but writing to us is usually faster — we can look at your address, your account and your line before we answer, instead of doing it while you wait.

Pick your lane

What are you after?

Three different jobs, three different people at our end. Choosing the right one gets you a straight answer instead of a “someone will be in touch”.

Getting connected at home

New fixed wireless, nbn or a mobile SIM. Send your address and we’ll check by hand what’s available at your place and what it’d cost.

  • Coverage checks are free and no obligation
  • We’ll say so plainly if we can’t reach you

Business phones or internet

Tell us what you’re running now and what’s frustrating you about it. We’ll come back with a written proposal.

  • Quotes and site visits are free
  • Nothing buried — set-up and monthly costs in writing

Already with us and something’s wrong

Faults, billing, changing plans, moving house. There are a couple of things worth trying first that fix most drop‑outs in a minute.

  • Two‑minute checks below before you write
  • Or manage the account yourself in the portal
Send us a message

Tell us what you need.

The more you put in the first message, the fewer times we have to write back asking. Here’s what actually helps:

Worth including: your street address if it’s about a connection · what you’re using now and who with · roughly how many people and devices are in the house · whether anyone works from home or games seriously · and if something’s broken, what you were doing when it started.

We use your details to answer your enquiry and nothing else — see our Privacy Policy. We won’t add you to a mailing list.

Get in touch

Name, best email, and what you’re after. That’s genuinely enough to start.

Something not working?

Try these two first. They fix most drop‑outs before you’ve finished typing the email — and if they don’t, telling us you’ve already tried them saves us both a round trip.

Power cycle the router

Unplug it at the wall, count to thirty, plug it back in and give it three or four minutes to come up properly. Genuinely fixes more faults than anything else we do.

Check it’s not just the Wi‑Fi

Plug a laptop straight into the router with a cable, or stand next to it with your phone. If it’s fine there but poor at the other end of the house, it’s a Wi‑Fi coverage problem — and we can help with that too.

Still out? Write to us

Tell us your address, when it started, whether it’s dropped out completely or just gone slow, and what you’ve already tried. We’ll take it from there.

In the portal you can view and pay invoices, check your usage, and update your contact and payment details without waiting on us. Changing plans, moving house or adding a service still needs a quick message — those we’d rather do properly by hand.

Before you write

Quick answers.

How quickly will I hear back?

Within 1–2 business days for anything that arrives during the week. Messages that land over the weekend get picked up Monday. If your service is completely down, say so in the subject line and it goes to the top of the pile.

Can I just ring you?

Of course — 1300 247 065. We’d gently suggest writing first for anything about a new connection or a fault, because it lets us look at your address, your account and your line before we answer instead of doing it while you’re holding. For a quick question, the phone’s fine.

Can I come and see you?

[EDIT] Answer this honestly — if you don’t have a shopfront, say “we’re a field-based team rather than a shop, so it’s best to email and we’ll come to you”. If you do, put the address and opening hours here. Either answer is fine; being vague is what costs you trust.

How do I check if I’m in fixed wireless coverage?

Send us the street address. There’s no automated checker — one of us looks at line of sight between your roof and the nearest tower and emails you the answer, usually within 1–2 business days. Start on the fixed wireless page.

I want to change my plan or move house.

Drop us a line with your address and what you’d like to change. Plan changes are free and there’s no lock‑in contract, so it’s usually a five‑minute job at our end. If you’re moving, tell us as early as you can so we can check coverage at the new place.

Where do I pay my bill?

In My Account, where you can also see past invoices and update your payment details. Our Payment Policy covers the specifics.

Is there an outage right now?

We post network notices on Facebook first, so that’s the quickest place to check before you write. If nothing’s posted, it’s probably specific to your connection — tell us and we’ll look.

I’m a business. Should I use this form?

You can, but the business enquiry form asks the couple of extra questions we’d need anyway, so it saves a round trip. Either way it reaches the same team.

Still here?

Just send us the message.

You won’t get a sales sequence or an automated reply that says nothing. You’ll get an actual answer from someone in Wynyard, usually before the end of the day.
